I’ve been a loyal client at Phoenix and Fire for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided. Josh is not just an excellent cutter, colourist, and stylist; he’s also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. When I recently decided to change styles, Josh put in a tremendous amount of effort to ensure it was perfect, going above and beyond to achieve the look I wanted. His dedication and hard work truly shine through, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Josh and the wonderful team at Phoenix and Fire to anyone looking for hair care services.

After having a "bad experience" with a local salon I met with Josh and I couldn't be happier with the colour, he is amazing. I have finally found the best colourist in my eyes on the GC! They use the most beautiful Davines products too.

Finally, I found someone who listens to what I want, is a pleasure to be with, and is a real craftsman. I have never had a bad experience with Josh, and he's an absolute delight. He transitioned me painlessly from coloured to non-coloured hair and he cuts superbly. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

My sister and I were both privileged to have Melinda attend to all our needs and desires for our hair this morning. We only booked yesterday and Melinda went out of her way to make time for us and fit us in. What an absolutely delightful, kind, caring and extremely professional young lady.
