Our team loves nothing more than tending to your hair needs, but we also have extensive experience styling hair for Australia Fashion Week and New Zealand Fashion Week and have consulted on-set as Session Stylists/Colourists for various high-profile television series and movie productions.

Sustainable Hair Salon In Paradise Point, Queensland

Phoenix & Fire hair salon in Paradise Point has been created for people who appreciate what it means to have beautiful hair and who are conscious of reducing our impact on the planet. 

We work exclusively with Davines products because they align with our ideals to operate ethical practices and have a carbon-neutral impact on the environment.  Davines is the only hair company in the world recognised by the B Corp for its commitment to operating not only for profit, but also for the benefit of the community, environment, and our planet.   

We have also joined forces with Sustainable Salons to try and cut our level of waste to zero.  Sustainable Salons has a network of collectors, recyclers, manufacturers and distributors to make sure up to 95% of materials from salons like us are diverted from landfill.

PLASTICS are collected, cleaned and upcycled into new products including furniture and glasses.

METALS & PAPER are sold for recycling, and the proceeds are donated to provide meals for hungry people. 

HAIR is stuffed into stockings to make Hair Booms that can help clean up oil spills along our coastlines.

PONYTAILS are distributed to charitable organisations to create wigs for those suffering from cancer or alopecia.

CHEMICALS are sent to chemical recycling plants where they’re neutralised and turned into recycled water.
